Aimée Galimidi

President & CEO

Born, raised and educated in Brooklyn, Aimée is a creative, innovative thinker, positioned to oversee EVectriFi’s foray into the EV Charging market. Throughout her more than 25-year business career, she has demonstrated ability as a skilled communicator, decision-maker and leader. A graduate of Brooklyn College with degrees in Business Management and Finance, Aimée possesses essential workflow prioritization and multi-tasking skills. She has nurtured strategic relationships and consistently exceeded stated business goals. Her strong work ethic, quick learning ability and leadership skills have contributed to her overall success as part of several distinct organizations.

Aimée uses critical thinking to make important decisions in a diversity of disciplines in various business roles. Her business experience included supervisory roles, monitoring, creating and implementing impulse and point of sales purchases. Aimée has strong computer and technical skills that make her extremely capable of independently handling complex tasks.

Aimée’s earlier experience included managing operations at a prestigious Manhattan law firm. This role allowed her to develop extensive knowledge of case management, legal discovery and managing complex court calendars. She also centrally participated in preparing senior attorneys for trial. Managing a high volume of legal documents, exhibits, reports and briefs in pressure-packed situations provide an essential skill set that translates into any corporate environment.

Ultimately, Aimée’s managerial experience led to an executive management role overseeing the operations of a boutique apparel chain. This entailed managing multiple retail locations and handling a wide array of corporate activities including payroll, scheduling, reporting, and inventory control. Separately, she assumed the responsibility of cultivating relationships with the company’s top clientele. Aimée’s role evolved into one of critical importance to the organization and eventually encompassed the design and development of merchandising and purchasing for the entire chain.

Aimee’s retail proficiency and facility with client relationships enabled her to move into a role in executive management with one of the top-rated beauty salons in the country. Her contributions have impacted the overall success of the business. She has travelled internationally in business development roles, handling mission-critical promotional presentations that have directly enhanced the corporate brand.

More recently, Aimée’s environmental sensitivity pertaining to global warming and carbon-neutral sustainability has elevated her level of sense of consciousness, contributing to her choice to enter the Electric Vehicle industry. This aligns with Aimée’s quest to help address the massively negative impacts of global climate change.

Ms. Galimidi is conscientious, responsible, diligent and resourceful. She is highly regarded and has many high-level domestic and international relationships. As an internationally well-travelled businesswoman, she has donated much time to the community, family and friends in need. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Aimée’s multicultural demeanour is a reflection of her Guatemalan and Egyptian heritage.

As a single woman, she enjoys design and fashion, and spends her free time biking, taking nature walks, travelling, enjoying fine dining and going to the Broadway Theater.

Eli Braha

Corporate Secretary and Director of Marketing & Sales

Eli has been involved in the business of commercial trade for over 40 years. Since the late 70’s he has conducted a wide spectrum of deals on a global scale. His professional experience extends to all aspects of the real estate business. As a licensed broker specializing in commercial Real Estate, Eli has had numerous ownership interests as a principal and has been involved in the acquisition, operations, management, development, leasing and disposition of approximately 4.5 million square feet of real estate in more than 14 states.

Eli’s international business management work has taken him to over 50 countries during the decades of his professional career. His business includes company operations, commercial trade, marketing & sales representation, and deal-making with multi-national business partners in the US, Asia, and Europe. The extent of his international and domestic executive-level contacts and solid relationships provide an ongoing source of business opportunities and benefits.

Eli is the owner of Berkley Advisors, a consultancy firm that creatively pushes the opportunities that exist at the boundary of commercial real estate, construction and international. Eli maintains extensive and credible real estate transactional sources. His work has involved all of the following: underwriting, developing, managing, marketing and advising the owners of retail, office and hospitality real estate; negotiating leases including coordinating due diligence, acting as an intermediary, directing and consulting with third-party professionals and engineers; working with state, county and local government officials to structure public/private financial partnerships.

Over the last 5 years, Eli has been an advisor and consultant, offering business highly targeted c-suite introductions, initiating sales & marketing efforts, and undertaking mergers & acquisitions services under contract with the following companies:

Eli has demonstrated executive management experience by consulting for large multi-national public and private companies and manufacturing concerns, and has launched, merged, acquired, owned, managed, and operated several companies on behalf of Clients. Eli has worked with a wide range of real estate industry professionals and service providers. His Sales & Marketing experience encompasses: spearheading programs to offer compliance management to third-party companies; negotiating terms for product manufacturing; ensuring compliance and proper operational procedures; performing factory due diligence; and hiring executives. His ability to foster collaboration, by utilizing innovative marketing methods, has enabled his clients to boost sales and increase recognition.

Mr. Braha has been an invited speaker or panellist at many domestic and international conferences in the EU, China and the US over the past 10 years. Mr. Braha is a CUNY Baruch College alum who majored in Finance and Economics.

Eli is a father of 4 and grandfather of 5 who participates in charitable work and enjoys golf, tennis and other sports activities.

Ronald Waingort

Chief Operating Officer & Director of Engineering

Ronny graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a minor in Business Administration. At Embry-Riddle, Ronny worked on various projects including the Eco-Car EV Challenge, North America’s premier collegiate automotive engineering competition. Established by The US Department of Education and General Motors, the challenge involved converting a petroleum-powered car into a fully electric vehicle. As part of the curriculum, he also designed an 8-passenger aircraft, including design, all CAD drawings, simulated testing, etc.

From 2018 to 2022, Ronny worked in product research and development at Snow Joe, an innovative, eco-friendly manufacturer of battery & electric winter weather tools and solutions. Ronny quickly climbed the ranks, becoming an Engineering Quality Manager where he oversaw all aspects of the development of the company’s reverse logistics & product development programs. Ultimately, every product that left the doors of Snow Joe passed through and received his approval.

A current resident of Brooklyn, Ronny’s hobbies include fishing, hiking and jewellery making – he designs and handcrafts unique rings to custom specifications. He also enjoys volunteering within his community; his impactful service work led to him receiving the Senator Carl Kruger Community Service Award.

Allan Heiney, M.S.

Chief Technology Officer

Allan is the former chief analyst for an investments and acquisitions firm he joined in 2003. In this capacity, Allan dealt with all aspects of mergers & acquisitions work. He subsequently continued in this role as an independent consultant, providing research and analysis for a wide range of clients. Allan’s formal training as an engineer has imparted him with the insight to “think outside the box”, enabling him to conceptualize and define strategies for managing his client’s businesses with an eye towards creative repositioning and partial property redevelopment.

For the last 13 years, Allan has been an advisory consultant to Berkley Advisors. He provides market analysis, financial modelling and projection, engineering assessment, research & development, and due diligence guidance to Berkley’s clients, providing a platform from which clients can make informed strategic business and marketing decisions.

Allan has recently applied his expertise in data analysis, engineering assessment, energy savings calculations, spreadsheet projections, and tech support research for an array of Berkley’s most important clients.

Previously, Allan exercised his technical competence in his role as an optical engineer at a number of large high-tech corporations. He was subsequently involved in several fibre optic telecom start-ups and founded DiPlex a company which productively utilized one of Allan’s patents in the Fiber-to-the-Home realm. He is the author of five patents and author of numerous scientific publications. He has taken part in numerous talks and presentations on a variety of highly technical subjects, including low-cost Fiber Optic Datalink design & manufacturing; optical coupling of semiconductor lasers and edge-emitting LEDs; ultra-high-speed lasers and optical measurement; laser damage to optical surfaces; laser-assisted chemistry; and magneto-optic non-reciprocal optical circuits. Allan has worked in the R&D departments of world-renowned technology firms, including Sarnoff Research Labs (RCA), NSG, Allied-Signal Corporation (Honeywell), AMP Incorporated (Lytel Division), and Exxon Research & Engineering Company.

Allan is the father of 2, a Brooklyn native, and a graduate of Stuyvesant High School in Manhattan. He holds Master’s and Bachelor of Science degrees in Optics and Applied Physics from the Institute of Optics at the University of Rochester. He enjoys playing basketball and racquetball and is an avid Jets fan.

Kenneth Witler

Director of Business Development

Kenneth is a seasoned business development executive in the Real Estate industry with a deep Rolodex of contacts, cultivated over his more than 30 years of highly focused experience in the construction and real estate brokerage fields. He has held positions in highly regarded NYC and national firms, generating substantial revenue, while identifying business and talent acquisition opportunities along the way.

Ken has long-standing relationships with prospective tenants, landlords, architects, developers, project managers, builders and other contractors throughout the construction lifecycle. At Benchmark Builders, he identified desirable construction projects in the NYC Metro Area and facilitated introductions with the highest-level decision makers. In addition, Ken prepared all required documentation, and ultimately closed the deals, demonstrating a mastery of how to swiftly and successfully procure viable GC bids while igniting additional revenue streams.

As a broker, Ken worked directly for the executive leadership of Cushman Wakefield, one of the world’s leading providers of real estate solutions. Primary responsibilities included monitoring and anticipating the current and future condition of the market and identifying ripe opportunities. As an at-large ambassador for the company, he articulated the unique value proposition of Cushman’s expertise to potential business prospects, developed and oversaw creation of all necessary proposals and presentations and regularly briefed company leadership on all aspects of his group’s lead-generation activities.

Ken has worked for many years as an “Owner’s Rep” broker, helping many prestigious companies spaces that reflect a desired image. This included overseeing the tenant improvement work often required to create first class office space. A sampling of some of the deals Ken has overseen and closed follow:

  • Warshaw Burstein (Law Firm) – Represented them on a 2 floor relocation to 575 Lexington (owned by George Comfort & Sons) – Space previously occupied by David Boies of Boies Schiller LLP: ~48,300 SF
  • ANZ Bank – Relocated from Wall St to America’s Tower, 1177 6th Ave, owned by Silverstein Properties: ~68,000 SF
  • Winston & Strawn (Law Firm based out of Chicago) – Relocated them from lower Manhattan to 200 Park Ave, (owned at the time by Shorenstein & Co.): ~86,000 SF
  • R. Weiser & Co (Accounting Firm, later acquired by Mazars) – Negotiated their lease at 135 W 50th St: 52,675 SF

Alan Washington

Government Relations Director

Mr. Washington is an entrepreneurial executive with over 20 years of leadership and management experience in the real estate industry. Throughout his career, Alan has built a record of impactful results in the development and leadership of successful organizations within the commercial, multi-family, and education fields. He has the skills and capability to build and manage real estate portfolios in excess of $1B in size and scope.

Brian August, Esq.

In-House Legal Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer

Brian is technology entrepreneur and attorney recognized as a pioneer in augmented reality (AR) and digital storytelling. Brian has a BA in Political Science from Binghamton University and a JD from Boston University School of Law. In 2010, Brian created ‘110stories’, a groundbreaking Kickstarter AR project about the Twin Towers. The project gained international acclaim and garnered the backing of both Apple and Google. Brian subsequently launched a mobile development studio (also named 110stories).

He collaborated with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and The Related Companies, to create ArchiTechTour, an iPhone-based experience that told the story of Hudson Yards and the Javits Center through augmented reality, 360° panoramas and original video, and was unveiled at A’18, the national conference for the AIA. 110stories is currently working on immersive media projects for the Brooklyn Nets and the Fifth Avenue Association.

Brian is also an attorney with legal experience that includes commercial litigation, contracts and a broad range of general corporate business work. Early on, he worked for several NYC firms both large and small, and as a solo practitioner. Brian was an in-house attorney with NBC and was head of legal affairs for Watchitoo, an Internet video startup. He was the US representative in charge of Business Development for SC5, one of Europe’s leading mobile development firms, as VuFrame, a renowned Munich-based augmented reality development shop. Brian oversaw digital media at Webster Hall, the historic entertainment venue, where he was at the forefront of creating an array of integrated immersive digital experiences.

As a cancer survivor, Brian has been a long-time supporter of the Leukemia and Lymphoma society. An accomplished pianist, Brian has been a weekly guest musical artist at Mount Sinai’s Louis Armstrong’s School of Music for the last two years, entertaining doctors, patients, visitors and the medical staff. Brian has performed on keyboards with bands at venues throughout New York City for more than 25 years. Since 2018, he has regularly played at the legendary Bitter End with Tumbleweed Connection, his Elton John tribute band.

Chester Brown III

Community Relations Manager

On November 15, 2015, Elder Chester F. Brown, III became the 17th Pastor of Greater Mount Moriah Primitive Baptist Church. Prior to coming to the church, Elder Brown was the Senior Pastor at the Shady Grove Number 1 Primitive Baptist Church in Tallahasse, Florida.

Pastor Browns’ educational background includes Tallahassee Community College, Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU), Gupton- Jones College, Luther Rice Seminary and Bethany Divinity College and Seminary in 2016.

Pastor Brown’s love for the church and spirituality stems from his upbringing by his parents, Mother Ora Lee Brown and the late Chester F. Brown, Jr. In July 1993, at the age of 16, Elder Brown joined the ministry. Shortly thereafter, he was licensed under the leadership of Dr Harold Peterson, Presiding Elder of the Jacksonville/Orlando District of the C.M.E. Church. He became Pastor of Youth Ministries and Pastor of Evangelism at the Mount Moriah First Missionary Baptist Church in Quincy, Florida under the leadership of Reverend Delwynn Williams, and was later appointed Assistant Minister of Music. After more than 21 years in ministry, Pastor Brown continues to be a leading voice of innovation, inspiration, and influence in Christendom today.

Pastor Brown’s commitment to the community is evident by his appointment to the Presbytery, Executive Board, and Chairman of the Board of Education of the Old West Florida PrimitiveBaptist Association. Also, he serves on the board of the Minority Network Campaign and Coordinator of the Faith-Based Initiative for the Florida Department of Health. In 2013, he was elected Bible Expositor for the Florida State Primitive Baptist Convention.
